Welcome back from Easter Break, we trust you all had a restful time with your families.

Autism Awareness Month
April dedicated to increasing understanding, acceptance, and support for individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). This emphasizes neurodiversity, inclusion, educational activities, advocacy, reducing stigma, and celebrating strengths.

Catholic Action Club
New student-run club started by Henry Arcadipane, James Rosensteel, and Oisin Stack to deepen faith and Catholic identity. This began with a daily email during Easter vacation containing a faith message, daily explanations, and art images. Additional activities planned during the school year; moderated by Mrs. Molinelli.

Abatement work
Abatement for this summer’s new fire alarm installation continued during Easter vacation and will be finished by April 7. Basement hallway ceiling tiles and light fixtures removed; temporary “industrial” appearance until new system installed in June.

Important dates and events
April 7 — School resumes (Day 6 of the cycle).
April 7 — Senior Internship Program begins; seniors should check school email, PlusPortals, and classroom platforms for major project assessments. Parents asked to remind students to monitor these channels.
April 10 — Dress Down Day ($3 donation to 1st period teacher).

April 12 — Holy Name Society: Alumni First Responders Annual Communion Breakfast

• Mass at 10:00 AM at Our Lady of Sorrows Church (920 Mamaroneck Avenue, White Plains) followed by complimentary breakfast at Archbishop Stepinac High School (950 Mamaroneck Avenue).

Lady Crusaders Paint & Sip (4/15)

Date: Wednesday, April 15, 2026. Doors open 6:15 PM; painting 7:00–9:00 PM. Location: Archbishop Stepinac High School — Cafeteria.
Cost: $51.50 (includes $50 ticket + 3% credit card fee). Registration deadline: April 12, 2026.

Crusaders Crush Cancer 5K (April 19)
Organized by seniors Brendan Fogarty, Cathair Cashin, Ronan Moore, and Kevin Roughneen.
2nd annual 5K at Stepinac on Sunday, April 19 at 9:00 AM.
Proceeds will support Memorial Sloan Kettering and Happiness is Camping (a camp for kids with cancer). Race registration, donations, and merchandise available here. Thank-you to student organizers.
