As you are aware, the Leader in Me process is an integral part of who we are as a school. Leadership and The 7 Habits form our foundation and guide our efforts to help every child discover and develop their unique gifts and talents, while providing meaningful opportunities to demonstrate leadership. As part of institutionalizing the principles of The 7 Habits, our school continues to implement strategies and practices that encourage faculty, staff, students, and parents to live out these habits in practical and visible ways. This year’s Leadership Day is held under the theme “Thriving Together: Peace Begins With Me”, celebrating Habit 8, Find Your Voice. In keeping with this focus, Queen’s College has reignited the ‘Peace Begins With Me’ initiative, which promotes a message of peace within our school and the wider community.
